Drodzy Tangowi Przyjaciele,

zapraszamy na czwartą edycję Festiwalu Vratislavia Tango, który będzie połączeniem tradycji i nowoczesności, spotkaniem tangueros tańczących do muzyki Złotej Ery Tanga i tych, którzy kochają nowoczesne brzmienia.

Mamy nadzieję, że każdy znajdzie na naszym festiwalu coś dla siebie, a my dołożymy wszelkich starań, żebyście cudownie spędzili czas nie tylko na milongach, ale również spotykając przyjaciół i doświadczając niesamowitej atmosfery Wrocławia.

Udział w festiwalu

 

W celu zapewnienia komfortu uczestnikom Festiwalu Vratislavia Tango wprowadziliśmy rejestrację osób z zasadą utrzymania balansu płci. Nie oznacza to, że nie można zarejestrować się solo. Zapraszamy również osoby bez pary, być może trzeba będzie poczekać na potwierdzenie nieco dłużej, ale w miarę możliwości postaramy się kojarzyć osoby solo, zachowując powyższą zasadę.

W celu stworzenia komfortu na parkiecie wprowadziliśmy limit osób biorących udział w festiwalu. Decyduje kolejność zgłoszeń wraz z zasadą balansu oraz dokonanie opłaty rejestracyjnej.

W celu rejestracji należy wypełnić formularz zgłoszeniowy, znajdujący się na stronie (nie jest to równoznaczne z przyjęciem na festiwal). W ciągu kilku dni od wysłania formularza otrzymacie Państwo potwierdzenie przyjęcia wraz z podaniem numeru konta.

Prosimy o wypełnienie formularza przez oboje partnerów.

Po opłaceniu pełnej kwoty, na wskazanego maila wyślemy potwierdzenie, które będzie równoznaczne z przyjęciem na festiwal.

Przewidujemy możliwość wpłaty w złotówkach lub euro

Cena do 3 lutego                      480 zł (115 euro)

Cena do 30 marca                    530 zł (125 euro)

Cena od 1 kwietnia                   580 zł (140 euro)

 Uwaga PROMOCJA !!!

Jednoczesne zgłoszenie 3 par lub grupy 6 osób z min. 3 leaderami,

spowoduje otrzymanie bezpłatnego uczestnictwa dla jednej spośród zgłoszonych osób.

Podczas rejestracji lider grupy podaje nazwiska osób z grupy.

Dodatkowo każda osoba z grupy powinna się zarejestrować osobno podając adres e-mail lidera grupy.

Wpłata uiszczana jest za całą grupę przez jedną osobę po otrzymaniu e-maila potwierdzającego.

*udział w rejsie statkiem po Odrze (z milongą) jest płatny dodatkowo

60 złotych (15 euro)/osoba

** dla uczestników Festiwalu udział w pre-milondze i after-milondze

w specjalnej cenie 40 zł (10 euro)/osoba za każde wydarzenie (przy zaznaczeniu opcji podczas rejestracji)

***możliwość zakupu koszulki festiwalowej w cenie 100 zł (24 euro) - wersja męska i damska w różnych rozmiarach. Zamówienia podczas rejestracji na festiwal (zakładka rejestracja)

****możliwość zakupu festiwalowego kubka ceramicznego

w cenie 40 zł (10 euro)

 

Miejsce festiwalu

 

Głównym miejscem, w którym odbywać się będą milongi festiwalowe jest budynek usytuowany w centrum Wrocławia. La Rosa Negra to największe scena taneczna we Wrocławiu na ul. Braniborskiej 14.

Miejsce cechuje się maksymalną funkcjonalnością, posiada wysokiej jakości podłogę taneczną, lustra, atrakcyjną industrialną architekturę i wysoki standard.

W celu zapewnienia komfortu zapewniamy nowoczesne foyer, w którym przygotujemy strefę kawowo-rekreacyjną, szatnie z zamykanymi na klucz szafkami oraz toalety z prysznicami. Bezpośrednio w budynku (piętro wyżej) znajduje się restauracja Kuchnia Marche Domar oraz kawiarnia.

Lokalizacja na ul.Braniborskiej gwarantuje wszystkie atrakcje centrum miasta - są tutaj liczne punkty rozrywkowe i kulturalne. Budynek festiwalowy mieści się zaledwie 15 minut pieszo od Wrocławskiego Starego Miasta i Rynku. W okolicy jest także malownicza ul.Podwale i liczne restauracje przy ulicach Św. Antoniego i Włodkowica. Uczestnicy Festiwalu mogą skorzystać z bogatej oferty gastronomicznej Hali Świebodzki bar &food Court, zaledwie 200 m od miejsca wydarzenia.

Dear Tango Friends

 

We invite you to the 4th edition of Vratislavia Tango Festival, which will be a combination of tradition and modernity, a meeting of tangueros dancing to the music of the Golden Age of Tango and those who love modern sounds.

We hope that everyone will find something for themselves at our festival, and we will do our best to ensure that you have a wonderful time not only at the milongas, but also meeting friends and experiencing the amazing atmosphere of Wrocław.

Participation in the festival

 

In order to bring comfort to the participants of the Vratislavia Festival, we have introduced the registration of people with the principle of maintaining gender balance. This does not mean you cannot register solo. We also invite people without a partner, you may have to wait a little longer for confirmation, we will try to match solo people, if possible, respecting the above rule.

In order to create comfort on the dance floor, we have introduced a limit of people participating in the festival. The decisive factor is the order of applications together with the balance rule and payment.

In order to apply, please fill in the application form on the website (it is not tantamount to being admitted to the festival). Within a few days of sending the form, you will receive a confirmation of acceptance along with the account number.

After paying the full amount, we will send a confirmation to the indicated email, which will be tantamount to acceptance for the festival.

Attention !!!

DISCOUNT

Simultaneous registration of 3 couples or a group of 6 people with min. 3 leaders will result in free participation for one of the registered people. 

When registering, the lider of the group provides the names of people in the group.

Additionally, each participant of the group should register individually giving the e-mail address of the group leader.

The payment is made for the entire group by one person after receiving a confirmation e‑mail.

 

What is included in the festival price 


 *participation in a boat cruise on the Oder (with milonga) with an additional fee of PLN 60 (EUR 15)/person

** for Festival participants, participation in the pre-milonga and after-milonga at a special price of PLN 40 (EUR 10)/person for each event (if you select the option during registration)

***possibility to purchase a festival T-shirt for PLN 100 (EUR 24) - men's and women's versions in different sizes. Orders when registering for the festival (registration tab)

****the possibility of buying a festival mug PLN 40 (EUR 10)

 

Festival Venue

 

The main place where the festival milongas will take place is a building located in the center of Wrocław. La Rosa Negra is the largest dance studio in Wrocław, at 14, Braniborska Str. The place is characterized by maximum functionality, has a high-quality dance floor, mirrors, attractive industrial architecture and high standard. In order to ensure comfort, we provide a modern foyer, where we will prepare a coffee and recreation area, changing rooms with lockable cabinets and toilets with showers. Directly in the building (one floor above) there is a Kitchen Marche Domar restaurant and a cafe. The location of Braniborska Street guarantees all the attractions of the city center - there are numerous entertainment and cultural points here. The festival building is located just 15 minutes on foot from the Wrocław Old Town and the Market Square. There is also picturesque Podwale street and numerous restaurants in Św. Antoniego and Włodkowica Str. Festival participants can take advantage of the rich gastronomic offer of Hala Świebodzki bar & food Court, just 200 m from the event venue.  

 

Additional attraction

     

A tourist trip around Wrocław with a milonga on one of the largest passenger ship sailing in Wrocław.

We invite those willing to visit Wrocław from the side of the Oder River.
